This is the "Kat's Meow" for spanking fans.
Okay, so that was a bad joke. However, the only other thing "bad" about this movie is its star, and we're very lucky she has been so "bad". After all, if she had been a good girl and paid her rent on time, we would not have been able to see her get punished.
The nice thing about this movie, and many other of the OheeTeeKay movies I've seen, is that the girl being spanked either WANTS to be spanked, or at least knows she deserves it. This allows us to realize that while we may be a specialized "minority", there are more of us than we think.
The only reason I gave this movie three stars, instead of four or five, is it's length, as it's only about 15 minutes. However, I think you would be hard pressed to find a more action-packed 15 minutes. In that short time, we get to see Kat spanked with hand and hairbrush, and the redness of her bottom proves it was very real.
All in all, great value for your dollar. The film may be called "A Renter's Dream", but - after seeing it - you may find yourself dreaming about the renter.
